Sustainability related questions can be very guiding when one selects and reviews vendors while enhancing Supply Chain partners esp with MSME vendors

In addition to the data collected by most of the organizations depending on the type of organization, do have guiding pointers. If the organization requires do participate in putting together training programs etc., Pointers are :

Occupational Safety and Health Standards

Working hours as per Govt Regulations
Adherence to Laws on Minimum Wages & Pay Right
Equal Opportunities Employment
Observe all steps to ensure all are free from harassment
Use of Products low on emission

Energy / fuel efficiency of the Organization
deployment of renewable energy 

Use of hybrid materials

Using lead free and eco friendly dyes

recyclable and reusable packaging material
Policy on taking back packaging material
Extended Warranty on Products and Return Policies
Policies on anti corruption

Conflict Mineral and derivatives (Tantalum, Tin, Gold Tungsten) usage and compliances 

Policies and encouragement and facilitate use of public transport incl car pooling
Usage of video calling / WEbEx etc
